Even though the company name mentions Talegaon in Pune, our daily operations happen right here in this part of town, which can be a bit confusing for delivery drivers who are new to the area. The colony is a fairly quiet residential area, so having an office here feels a bit different than being in a big industrial zone. We have a modest space on the plot where we handle the paperwork and the logistics. The building is simple, with white walls that have started to yellow a bit over the years. We do not have a fancy reception area or a person to open the door for you; you just walk in and find whoever is at their desk. Most of us live nearby, so the commute is not too bad, which is a blessing in the Aurangabad heat. We spend our time managing the schedules and making sure the information gets where it needs to go. There is a small park nearby where some of us sit during the lunch break just to get some fresh air and clear our heads. It is a very low-key environment without any of the corporate jargon you might expect from a big name. We just focus on our specific tasks and try to keep everything organized in our own way.
