Down in MIDC Bhosari, things move at a certain pace. We operate out of two units, T 107 and T 114. Having the work split between two spots keeps us moving back and forth across the yard. Bhosari is a heavy industrial hub, so there is always some noise. You hear the sounds of welding, cutting, and heavy vehicles shifting gears all day long. Inside our units, it is mostly about the controls we put together. It is not the cleanest work, but it is what we do. The floors get scuffed up and there is always a bit of dust on the windows, no matter how much we wipe them. We have got benches lined up where the assembly happens. The staff here has been around for a while, so we all know the routine. Lunch breaks usually happen together near the entrance where there is a bit of a breeze. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a shiny office. It is a functional space meant for hard work. Sometimes the power fluctuates or the rain makes the roof loud, but we just keep going. It is a busy life here in the MIDC belt. You get used to the smell of oil and the constant vibration of nearby factories. We handle our daily schedules and make sure the parts are moving. It is just us doing our bit in this big industrial landscape without any fuss or fancy titles.
