Geeta Carrying Corporation

This is Geeta Carrying Corporation again, located in Gajanan Colony, Tathawade, Chinchwad. Even though we share the same name and spot as some others, our day-to-day is its own thing. We focus a lot on the local transport side of things. It’s a lot of short hauls and quick turnarounds. The office is small and usually a bit messy with delivery slips and old logbooks. We don’t really care much for decorations; we just need a place to sit and organize the drivers. Chinchwad is a busy industrial belt, so there is never a shortage of stuff that needs moving. We see a lot of the same faces every week, which is nice. It builds a bit of trust when you know the person behind the wheel or the guy waiting for the delivery. We don’t have a fancy website or a sales team. Most of our work comes from people just knowing we are here. It’s a lot of hard work and long hours, especially when there’s a rush. We handle the paperwork, the loading, and the inevitable delays that come with road work or traffic jams. It is just the reality of the carrying business. We try to keep our feet on the ground and just handle one job at a time. It’s not a glamorous life, but it’s ours and we’ve been doing it a long time now. We aren't going anywhere soon and we stay busy every single day.
