Gayatri Builders Pune

We operate out of Shivashankar Apartment in Kothrud, right here in Pune. It’s on the third floor, flat number 319. Being in Shivatirtha Nagar means we’re right in the middle of a lot of residential activity. Most of what we do involves looking at building projects and getting the small details right. It’s a small team here, so usually, someone is out at a site while another person handles the phone calls. We don't have a glitzy showroom or anything like that. The office is mostly filled with blueprints, coffee cups, and some dusty boots in the corner. Pune has changed a lot since we started, with buildings going up everywhere you look. We try to keep our head down and just do the work that’s assigned to us. Sometimes things get delayed with permits or rain, but that’s just life in the building trade. We don't promise anything impossible; we just build what’s needed and move on to the next job. Kothrud is a nice area to be based in, even if traffic can be a real headache around here sometimes. If you’re coming by, it’s easier to park a bit further down the street. We’ve been at this for a bit now, and we know the local soil and the local people fairly well. It's just us trying to keep things moving in the right direction. There is always a lot of noise from the main road, but you get used to it after a few weeks of working here.
