Gavkari Nidhi Limited

We are located in Pune, specifically in the Erandwane Gaothan area. Our office is part of the Swarup Co-operative Society, unit A 1/13. If you know Pune, you know Erandwane has its own rhythm, and we have been a part of it for a while now. Gavkari Nidhi Limited is run by folks who live right around here. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. Most people find out about us just by walking past or hearing from a friend. The office is small and can get a bit crowded when more than three people show up at once, but we make it work. We have some old chairs that are surprisingly comfortable once you sit in them. We spend a lot of time on the phone and even more time talking to people face to face. It’s better that way, honestly. You can see who you are dealing with. The society building is older, but it has a lot of character. We like being in a place where we can hear the city moving outside. During the monsoon, the rain hits the windows pretty hard, but it’s a nice sound to work to. We just do our bit every day, making sure the numbers add up and everyone is looked after. It is a straightforward way to run things, and we wouldn’t want it any other way.
