Gati Logistics is set up over here in Kiwale, right on Dehu Road. If you’re looking for the spot, it’s Svy No:73/2A at Adarsh Nagar. We’re in H.No 15/3/1943, which sounds complicated on paper but once you’re in the area it’s easy enough to find. It’s a busy part of Pune, and there’s always trucks moving or people heading towards the highway. Our day usually starts pretty early because the road gets packed fast. We spend a lot of time in the office handling the logistics side of things, which mostly means staring at schedules and making sure the loading happens right. It’s a dusty place sometimes, being so close to the main transit routes, but that’s part of the job. We don’t have a big corporate lobby or fancy leather chairs. It’s more about metal desks and stacks of clipboards. Sometimes the internet is slow or a driver gets stuck in traffic, and we just have to figure it out as we go. It’s not a perfect system, but we keep things moving as much as we can. Most of the guys here have been working in this area for years so we know the shortcuts and the trouble spots. It’s just a regular workplace where we get the job done and then go home. No point in making it sound like more than it is. We are just here doing the work every single day.
