Even though the name says Satara, we are actually operating out of Khadki in Pune. You can find us at Number 9, Darga Vasahat. It’s a bit of a specific spot, right in that 411003 zip code area. We’ve been handling the rope business from here for quite some time. It's a practical location for us because it's tucked away but still accessible. We work with the technical side of the wall ropes. Most days are spent looking at stock and talking to the drivers. The building isn't anything special to look at, just a functional space where we keep our files and samples. We don’t really go in for the whole corporate image thing. We’re just regular people trying to get the job done right. The Khadki area has its own charm, even if it gets a bit noisy sometimes. We’ve got a small team, and we all know our roles. We don’t need much more than a desk and a phone to keep things running. It’s been our home base for the Satara region work, even if the address is technically Pune. We just take things one day at a time and try to stay on top of the orders. It’s steady work and we like it that way. There is always someone around to answer the phone if you call during the day. We keep the door open and stay focused on the tasks.
