Garo Ventures Llp is located at Gat No 22/5 in the Hadapsar Industrial Estate. Hadapsar is a really busy industrial hub in Pune. Our place is basically a functional workspace in the middle of a lot of other factories and sheds. It’s not the cleanest area because of all the trucks and the dust from the industrial activity, but it’s where we get things done. Garo Ventures Llp has been here for a bit now. We have a bit of storage space and a small area for our desks. It’s a very hands-on environment. You won't find any plush carpets or glass partitions here. Everything is built for utility. The noise from the surrounding units can be loud, but that’s just part of being in an industrial estate. We often have to direct people because the Gat numbers can be a bit confusing for those who aren't from around here. We tell them to look for the landmarks near the main estate road. Our day usually starts early and we stay until the work is finished. There’s a small canteen nearby that serves decent tea and snacks, which is where we usually take our breaks. It’s a no-nonsense kind of place. We don’t worry about looking corporate. We just care about making sure our daily operations run as they should. It’s a lot of hard work in a dusty setting, but we make it happen.
