Gardwell Industries

Gardwell Industries is situated over on New Ahire Gaon Road, which is part of the Shivane-Khadakwasla area. We are located inside the Choudhari Industrial Estate at Survey No. 78/1. Being in an industrial estate means we are surrounded by other workshops and factories, so there is always a lot of noise and activity. You’ll hear metal clanging and engines running from sunrise to sunset. Our space is focused on industrial work, so it’s full of machinery, tools, and raw materials. There’s grease on the floors in some spots and the smell of oil is pretty much everywhere. We don't have a receptionist or a lobby; you just walk in and find someone on the floor working. The road outside can get a bit dusty, especially during the dry months when the trucks are moving back and forth to Khadakwasla. We’ve been in this spot for a good while now, and the routine hasn't changed much. We show up, check the machines, and get started on whatever orders are scheduled for the day. It’s hard work and it can be physically demanding, but that’s just how it goes in this line of business. The workers usually take their breaks together in the small shade near the entrance. We don't bother with a lot of paperwork or fancy meetings. We just make sure the products are handled right and the machines stay in good shape for the next day's shift.
