So, Garbhagiri Real Estate Private Limited is our name. We are located over at Sairaj Nagar, specifically at Plot numbers 90 to 91. This is part of the Sno 68/1 2/4 area. It’s a bit of a growing spot and we have been here watching the buildings go up around us. Our office isn't anything too flashy. It’s just a practical space where we handle all the real estate work that comes our way. Being in Sairaj Nagar is quiet enough that we can focus, but there is still plenty of activity nearby. We spend our mornings getting through the files and the afternoons meeting with people. The address might sound a bit long on paper but once you are in the neighborhood, it is easy to spot. We like being part of this local area. There is a sense of community here that you don’t always get in the bigger city centers. We don't really do the whole big marketing thing. Most people find us because they are already looking for property around here. We have a simple setup with a few chairs and desks. It’s where we do our planning and keep our records. We’ve seen the area change quite a bit since we first moved into these plots. It’s just us doing our job every day, nothing more to it than that. It keeps us busy and we don't mind the work one bit.
