You can find us at Flat 26 in the Shri Audumbar building. We’re right near the Navsha Maruti Mandir in Ganeshmala, which is a pretty well-known landmark around here on Sinhgad Road. Being in Pune means we deal with a lot of local projects, and having our office in a residential-style building makes it feel more personal. It’s not a cold, glass-walled office. Instead, it feels like a home where we happen to do our work. We’ve been at this for a while, focusing on Sthapatya, which keeps us busy with drawings and plans most days. The traffic on Sinhgad Road can be a nightmare during rush hour, so we’ve learned to time our site visits carefully. Our team is small, just a few people who know their way around a blueprint. We spend a lot of time drinking chai and discussing how to fix problems that pop up on-site. There’s always something that doesn't go according to plan, and that’s where we spend most of our energy. We don’t put on airs or pretend to be something we’re not. We just like building things and making sure they stand up straight. The neighborhood is nice, and having the temple nearby gives the place a calm feeling, even when things get stressful. It’s just us, some drafting tables, and a lot of hard work every single day. We keep things simple and focus on the task.
