Ganesh Scientific Industries

Our workshop is inside the Kene Building in Sonarpada, which is right off the Kalyan-Shil Road in Dombivli East. It is a pretty lively area, and the road outside is almost always loud with traffic and horns. We take up units 9 and 10. Most of our time goes into making scientific instruments and things like that. It is precise work, so we have to be careful with what we are doing on the benches. The building itself is one of the newer ones around here, but inside it is just a regular working space with tools and glass and metal everywhere. We usually start the day early before the heat really kicks in. The staff here mostly lives nearby, so we have a good sense of the neighborhood. We are not a big factory, just a group of people who know how to put these things together properly. Sometimes the dust from the road gets in, so we are always cleaning the equipment. We do not have a big marketing department or anything. People mostly find us because they need something specific for their labs. It is a simple setup, and we like it that way. We just focus on the job at hand and try to get the orders sent out on time. The tea stall around the corner is where we usually end up talking about the day’s work after we lock up for the evening.
