Creative Sales Service

Our place is Shop No. 1 in Hamal Nagar, which is right across from the Ganesh Market. If you know the Market Yard area, you know how busy it gets around Gangadham Chowk. It’s a lot of noise and people moving goods all day long. We mostly handle sales and service things from this small shop. It isn't a very large space, so we have to be careful how we stack everything. Usually, one of us is sitting at the front while the other is checking on some equipment or talking to a customer who walked over from the market. The floor gets a bit dusty because of all the trucks passing by outside. We don’t really do anything flashy here. It’s just about being around when someone needs a part or has something that isn't working right. Sometimes we sit outside on a stool when it's quiet, but that doesn't happen often in this part of town. The area is full of wholesalers and laborers, so there is always something happening. We’ve been in this building for a while now. Most people find us because they are already in the market for vegetables or grain and they see our sign. It's a simple life of managing the stock and making sure we can find what people are asking for in the back of the shop.
