We are situated over in Alephata, which is part of the Junnar taluka in the Pune district. Our workspace is actually located near the Dnyaneshwar Auto Mobile spot, which most people around here use as a landmark when they are trying to find us. It is a bit of a drive from Pune city, so it feels a lot more rural and open out here than our other offices. We manage things from this local hub. The office is pretty basic, just a place for us to sit down and handle the accounts and the logistics for the work happening in this part of the state. Being near a main road means we see a lot of trucks and workers passing through every day. It gets very dusty when the wind kicks up, and we are always cleaning the desks. We do not have any big signs or anything to show off. We just focus on the day-to-day stuff that needs doing. Most of the guys here are from the surrounding villages, so we have a good feel for the local area and the people. We do not really bother with any of that corporate talk. We just show up, do the work, and try to keep everything running as smoothly as we can. The office can be a bit messy with blueprints and tools lying around, but we know where everything is when we need it.
