Galaxy Developers

We are based over at 170/Dnyaneshwar Colony, right behind Central E Ank in Akurdi. It’s a busy little pocket of the city. We’ve been around this neighborhood for some time and have seen it develop quite a bit. As developers, we spend a lot of time looking at land and figuring out what can go where. The office isn't much, just a place to meet and look over maps and permits. It can get a bit dusty with all the files, but we know where everything is. Akurdi has a lot of energy and we like being part of it. We aren't a big-name firm with billboards everywhere. Most people find us because they live nearby or heard about us from a neighbor. We keep things pretty low-key. A typical day involves a lot of walking around and talking to people on-site. We don't wear ties or have fancy coffee machines. We just drink what’s available at the local stall and get back to work. It’s a decent living and we enjoy seeing the buildings actually take shape. Sometimes things take longer than we want because of the red tape, but we just keep pushing through. It's a matter of staying patient and doing the work day by day. We've got a small crew and we all know our roles. It isn't complicated and we don't try to make it seem like it is. It's just development and we take it one plot at a time.
