Scigen Bio Farm

Being based in Gachibowli keeps us in the middle of everything, but our work feels a bit different from the big tech offices nearby. We spend our time focused on the bio farm side of things. It’s a lot of looking at plants or samples and making sure things are growing or developing like they should. It’s not a job where you can just walk away and forget about it over the weekend. Things need checking on. We have a small team here at Scigen Bio Farm and we all pitch in with whatever needs doing, whether it’s cleaning up the workspace or recording data. Sometimes the results aren't what we expected, and we have to start over. That’s just part of the process. We don't wear fancy suits here; it's mostly lab coats or just regular clothes that can get a bit dirty. The coffee machine in the corner gets a lot of use, especially on those days when we have to stay late to finish a batch. It’s quiet work for the most part, which suits us just fine. We like the fact that we're doing something practical. People in the area might know us as the quiet spot among the tall buildings. We just keep our heads down and focus on the biology. It’s steady work and it keeps us curious about how things grow. We don't have a big marketing department, just people who know their science and like to stay busy in the lab.
