We are based in Pune, specifically in Aadarsh Colony. G4S operates out of Sarve No.-14, which is quite close to the Sai Baba Mandir. Most people in the neighborhood use the temple as a landmark to find us. It’s a busy little corner of Maharashtra. We have a modest office space where we manage our schedules and staff. It’s not a high-rise building with glass walls. It’s just a regular place where we keep our equipment and files. The 411006 area is a good spot to be. We have a lot of people coming in and out throughout the day. We don't go in for fancy talk or corporate branding. We just focus on the security and service side of things. It’s a lot of coordination and making sure everyone is where they need to be. The tea stall down the street is where we usually take our breaks. We’ve been here long enough that the local shopkeepers know our names. It’s a very grounded way of working. We don't have a big mission statement on the wall. We just show up and do the work that needs doing. Sometimes the traffic in Pune makes us run a little late, but we always get there in the end. We have a small plant in the corner that we forget to water sometimes, but it’s still hanging in there. Just like us, I guess. It’s a bit of green in a concrete place.
