G4S Guard Force India Private Limited

We have been based here in Ganganagar for some time now, specifically at Sno 215/1 in Phursungi. It is not too far from Waghmare Tele, so most people in this part of Pune know the area well enough. Our office is just a regular place where we sit and handle the daily tasks for G4S Guard Force India Private Limited. It is mostly about scheduling shifts and making sure the staff knows where they need to be. The commute through Phursungi can be a bit of a headache during peak hours, but we have gotten used to it. The office itself is pretty simple. We have the usual desks and a lot of registers that need updating. We do not spend much time on fancy decorations or anything like that. It is a working space for a working crew. Most of the people who come by are the guards themselves or people looking for work. We talk to the neighbors, get our tea from the stall nearby, and just keep at it. It can get loud when the phones are all going at once, but that is just how it is. We are not doing anything revolutionary, just trying to keep the operations running smooth from our spot in Pune. It is honest work and the days go by pretty fast when there are so many people to manage. Sometimes things go wrong, but we just fix them and move on. It’s a grounded place to work from. We don't use much tech beyond what we really need for the logs.
