Our place is out at Survey No. 70/7/3A in the Green Park area of Katraj. It’s a bit away from the main city center of Pune, which is actually quite nice because it feels a bit more open. Being in the biocides business means we are often dealing with technical details and safety checks throughout the day. The building we are in is simple and serves its purpose. We have some space for the office work and then the area where we handle the actual products. Katraj has changed a lot over the years, and there are more buildings popping up around us all the time. Our daily routine is pretty straightforward. We get in early, check the inventory, and see what needs to go out. The team is small, so we all end up doing a bit of everything, whether it’s answering the phone or helping load a truck. We don't have a fancy lunchroom, so we just eat at our desks or find a spot outside if the weather isn't too hot. It’s an honest way to spend the day. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a sleek office; we just focus on making sure the biocides are handled correctly and the customers get what they need. It’s a lot of practical work and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the place over the years.
