We are G K Associates, and you can find our office over at Survey No 38, Plot No 5 on Aundh Road. We are tucked behind the Bharat Gas Agency on the old Pimpri airport road. It is a busy area with a lot of trucks and noise from the main road all day long. We work on building projects and land development. It is a lot of paperwork and site visits. Most days involve looking at plans or talking to contractors about why things aren't finished yet. Construction is a tough business with a lot of delays, but we stay at it. We aren't some massive corporation with a glass skyscraper. Our office is practical and just gets the job done. We’ve been around the Pimpri and Aundh area for a good while. You might have seen some of our sites if you drive around here frequently. We don't use big words or make huge promises we can't keep. We just try to get the walls up and the roofs on. It’s dusty work and there’s always something breaking down or a machine needing repair. That’s just part of being a builder. We have a small staff who knows the local rules and how things work in this municipality. If you stop by, you'll probably see us drinking tea and looking at blueprints on the big table. We like being in this part of town because it’s close to our main sites. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we do for a living.
