Futurebiz Chit Fund Private Limited is run out of a place in Jotiba Nagar, Talawade. We are located c/o Rupa B. Naik, which is in the Haveli taluka of the Pune district. This part of Pune is quite different from the main city; it feels a bit more industrial and spread out. Our office is basically a residential-style setup where we handle the chit fund business for the local workers and residents in Talawade. It’s not a fancy corporate headquarters with a lobby. Instead, it’s a place where you can just walk in and sit down at a table to discuss things. We handle a lot of the paperwork by hand and then enter it into the records. Since we are in Jotiba Nagar, most of the people who walk through our door live just a few streets away. We don't spend money on big ads or marketing. Word of mouth is how most people hear about us in this area. We just focus on keeping the collections and the payouts on time so nobody has to worry about their money. The days are usually steady, with a few people dropping by after their shifts are over. It’s a simple operation, really. We just try to stay organized and make sure all the members of the chit fund are kept up to date with what’s happening with the groups. It gets a bit noisy with the local traffic, but we are used to it.
