We’re located at number 4, Sanket, which is part of the Sankalp Society in Pune. You can find us right opposite Jog Hospital on Paud Road. It’s a pretty easy spot to find if you know the hospital. Futura Infraprojects Ltd is the name of the company. We deal with infrastructure projects, which means a lot of time spent looking at land and concrete and pipes. Our office is a simple room in the society building. It’s got a few big tables for maps and plans. Pune is a great city to work in, even if the traffic on Paud Road gets a bit much in the evenings. We’ve been here for a while and have seen a lot of new buildings go up around us. We aren't some massive corporation with hundreds of people. We’re just a small group that knows how to get infrastructure work moving. There’s no fancy lobby or a receptionist to greet you. You just walk in and we’re usually there at our desks. We don't use a lot of technical jargon when we talk to people. We just explain what needs to be done and how long it’ll take. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy.
