Our office is over at 23/A in the Sa Society, which is near the Blind Highschool on Kargaon Road. We’re also part of the Sankalp Society setup at 4, Sanket. It's a bit of a long address, but we're basically right opposite Jog Hospital on Paud Road in Pune. Futura Infraprojects Ltd, Mumbai is what we go by, even though this office is in Pune. It’s a bit confusing, I know. We spend a lot of time traveling between sites and the office. The space itself is quite practical. We have some desks, a few chairs, and a lot of project files stacked up. We’ve been in this area for several years now. It’s a busy part of Pune, especially with the school and hospital nearby. We don't have any flashy marketing or a big sales team. Most of our work comes from people who know what we do. We focus on infrastructure projects, so there’s always something to keep us occupied. The office usually smells like tea and paper. We don't bother with corporate slogans or polished speeches. We just get to work every morning and see what needs to be sorted out for the current project. It's a straightforward way of doing things. If you're looking for the office, just head towards Paud Road and look for the hospital. We’re just across from there in the society building.
