Front Office Executive

This office is located at 135 in Ganeshpuri Society, which is in the Warje Malwadi area of Pune. It is a pretty standard residential society where a lot of middle-class families live, so it feels very quiet and homey compared to the center of the city. We operate under the name Front Office Executive, which basically describes what we do here every day. We sit at the front, handle the visitors, and make sure the administrative side of things doesn't fall apart. The office space is quite small, just enough for a couple of desks and some storage for all the records we have to keep. We don't have a big sign or anything flashy outside. Most people find us just by knowing the house number in the society. Working in Warje means we don't have to deal with the worst of the Pune traffic if we stay local. The mornings are usually spent sorting through the mail and checking the schedule for the week. It’s the kind of place where you can hear the birds in the morning and the neighbors chatting in the afternoon. We don't have any corporate jargon to share. We just show up, do the filing, answer the phone, and try to be helpful to anyone who comes by with a question. It’s a simple, honest way to spend the workday without too much stress or noise from the outside world.
