Friend Industries

We are over in H-Block at Morwadi, right in the heart of the MIDC area in Pimpri. Being at number 155 means we are surrounded by other workshops and factories, so there is always a hum of machinery in the air. Friend Industries has been part of this industrial landscape for quite some time now. It’s a gritty sort of place, with grease on the floors and the smell of metal in the air, but that’s just how we like it. We aren't much for sitting in air-conditioned offices all day. Instead, you'll usually find us out on the floor getting our hands dirty. We deal with whatever comes our way, mostly fabrication and industrial parts. The lighting inside could be better, and the fan in the corner squeaks, but it gets the job done. We have a small crew and we’ve all been working together so long we don't even need to talk much to know what needs doing next. It’s a busy life here in Morwadi. Lunch usually happens on a bench outside when the sun isn't too hot. We don't spend money on fancy brochures or websites. People around here know where we are if they need something made or fixed. We just focus on the machines and making sure the day's quota is met before we lock up the gates and go home. It’s a solid way to spend the week.
