We are located at F-204 in the Kunal Puram building. It’s right opposite Atlas Copco on the Mumbai-Pune Road in the Phugewadi area of Pune. If you know that road, you know it is always packed with traffic, which is actually quite fitting for a company like Freight Systems (I) Pvt Ltd. We deal with freight, so seeing trucks and movement all day is just part of the scenery for us. Our office is a functional space where we handle the logistics of shipping large loads. It’s not a fancy corporate headquarters. It’s more of a place where we sit down with our tea and try to figure out the best routes for the week. Phugewadi is a very industrial kind of area, so we fit right in with the other businesses around here. We don't have any big mission statements written on the walls. We just come in, check the cargo lists, and talk to the shipping lines. It is a lot of coordinating and making sure the numbers match up. Some days are quieter than others, but usually, there is a lot of shouting across the room to check on a container or a manifest. We’ve been at this address for a good while now, so we are part of the local business landscape. It’s just regular people doing a regular job, trying to keep things moving on time.
