Foresquare Construction

Foresquare Construction is located in the B Wing of Vikram Complex, which is in the Hingane Kd area of Pune. Specifically, we are in the Residence 1-Phase part of the building. Our office is in a flat, which is pretty common for businesses in this part of town. Sn 25/6/2/1 is the plot number, though most people just look for the Vikram Complex sign from the main road. Hingane is a busy suburb and there is always some sort of activity going on outside. We can hear the traffic and the sounds of the nearby shops throughout the day. Our office doesn't look like much from the outside. It’s just a door in a hallway like any other apartment in the wing. Inside, we have maps, blueprints, and various files scattered around on the tables. It’s a working office, so it’s rarely perfectly tidy. We are usually busy talking to contractors or checking on project schedules. Sometimes the water in the building goes out for a bit, or the electricity flickers, but that’s just part of living and working in Pune. We don't have a big reception area or anyone to greet you at the door. You just walk in and see us working. We like the convenience of being in a residential complex because it keeps things grounded. We aren't tucked away in some far-off industrial estate. We are right here in the middle of the community where people live. It makes the commute a lot easier for some of us too.
