We are located in the Rahatni area of Pune, specifically at Mayur Srushti Heights in Ramnagar. Our office is Flat number 2. It’s a growing neighborhood and we’ve seen it change quite a bit since we started here. Most of our work involves logistics and freight, so there’s always a lot of coordination to do. We don't have a big fancy office building; we just work out of this flat. It’s simple and it keeps our costs down. We spend most of our time on the phone or on the computer, tracking shipments and talking to agents. It can get a bit noisy when everyone is talking at once, but that’s just how it is. We don't use a lot of big words or marketing talk. We just tell people what we can do and then we try to do it. The paperwork can be a real headache sometimes, especially with all the different rules for moving things across states. We just take it one step at a time. It’s a small team here, so we all know each other well. We have our regular routines, like who makes the tea in the afternoon. We just want to get the work done right and keep things moving. It’s a local business feel, and we like it that way. No drama, just moving boxes and containers where they need to go.
