Flagship Infrastructure Pvt.Ltd.(Paranjpe Schemes)

Our office for Flagship Infrastructure Pvt.Ltd. (Paranjpe Schemes) is tucked away in Flat No C-3 at the Siddhivinayak Appt. It’s located at S.N.150 in the Narkeshari Society. This is right in the Ganeshnagar part of Dhayari, Pune. The pin code is 411041. It’s a bit of a residential area, so it’s usually pretty calm around here. We work out of the third flat in the C block. It isn't a big commercial complex, just a standard apartment building where we’ve set up our workspace. We find that being in Dhayari keeps us grounded. We do all our administrative work and project planning from these rooms. Sometimes the stairs can be a bit of a workout, but we don’t mind. It’s a real place where real work happens. We don't have a big reception desk or anything like that. If you come by, you'll just see us at our desks surrounded by folders and blueprints. The Narkeshari Society is a good community and we’ve been part of it for a while. It’s just how we like to run things—simple and without any extra fuss. Being in Ganeshnagar means we are close to the local markets and stuff, which is handy for lunch. Flagship Infrastructure is just a group of us working out of this flat to keep everything moving. We don't put on any acts for visitors, we just show them what we are currently doing.
