Flagship Infrastructure Pvt Ltd.(A Paranjape Scheme Venture)

This is the Flagship Infrastructure office, which is a Paranjape Scheme venture. We are located in Samata Apartment, Flat No. 5, in the Ganeshnagar area of Chinchwad, Pune. It’s a small office in a residential building, so it feels very personal and local. We aren't some massive company with hundreds of employees in one room. It’s just a few of us here managing the infrastructure projects. Chinchwad is a busy industrial and residential hub, so there is always a lot of movement outside our windows. We have a simple desk setup and a small table for meetings. Most of our day is spent talking to contractors or checking on project timelines. We don't use a lot of fancy jargon or try to sound like a big multinational. We are just people from Pune working on local projects. The pincode here is part of the larger city but it has its own feel. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy with the traffic in Ganeshnagar, but we are used to it by now. We keep our files organized in the cupboards and try to keep the place tidy. If you ever come by, you’ll see we are just a practical team doing our daily tasks. No big missions or complicated goals, just getting the work done one day at a time.
