We've been operating out of the Tirupati-Heights building for a while now. Specifically, you can find our office at Flat No.33 on Sr.No.20/21. This area in Balajinagar, Dhanakawadi is where we do all our work for Flagship Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. It’s a busy part of Pune, and being here in the 411043 zip code keeps us close to everything. Most days it’s just us handling the paperwork and planning from this flat. It isn't a massive glass skyscraper or anything fancy, just a regular space where we get things done. People sometimes have a hard time finding the exact door since it’s a residential-style setup, but once you’re in the Dhanakawadi area, it’s not too bad. We’ve stayed in this spot because it works for the team. Being in Pune means there’s always something going on outside, but inside we just focus on the infrastructure projects we have on the go. There isn't much to say about the office itself other than it’s where we show up every morning. We deal with all the local logistics from right here. Sometimes the traffic around Balajinagar gets a bit much, especially during peak hours, but that’s just part of being in this city. We keep our files and equipment organized in the back rooms. It’s a straightforward operation. We don't really go in for big signs or flashy lights. Just a regular business address for Flagship Infrastructure in a familiar neighborhood. We just do our work here.
