Five Star Battery Centre

We are Five Star Battery Centre, located at 363-64 Shivaji Nagar. We are specifically in the 4th Cross area near K S Garden. It is a bit of a maze back here if you are not local. The shop is full of heavy batteries. They are stacked on the floor and on the shelves. It is a heavy job, moving them around all day. I have to be careful with the acid and the cables. We have been at this spot for a long time. People come to us when their cars will not start or their inverters go dead. It is usually an emergency for them, so we try to move fast. My cousin helps me with the heavy lifting. The shop is not very big, and it gets hot in the summer. We have a small stool for customers, but most people just wait outside on the street. Shivaji Nagar is a busy place, always something happening. We just stick to our corner and handle the batteries. We do not have a computer system or anything like that. We write everything down in a big ledger. It is old-fashioned but it works for us. We know which batteries are good and which ones are junk. It is a straightforward business.
