Fitwel Gasket Company

Fitwel Gasket Company is located at S.No. 162, right across from the PCMC School on S.T. Workshop Road. It’s a noisy neighborhood, especially when the school bell rings and all the kids start running around. Our workshop isn't very large, but we’ve managed to fit all the necessary equipment inside. We make gaskets of all shapes and sizes. It’s the kind of work where you’re always leaning over a bench or adjusting a cutting tool. The air smells like oil and metal most days. We don’t have a fancy reception area. If you come to see us, you’ll probably find us in the back with our sleeves rolled up. We’ve been at this location for years, and the neighbors know us well. Sometimes people stop by just to ask for directions because the workshop road can be a bit confusing. We try to be helpful. The building itself is old and could probably use a new coat of paint, but it keeps the rain out and gives us a place to work. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy brochures. We just talk to our customers directly. If a gasket isn’t fitting right, they bring it back and we fix it. It’s a simple way to do business, and it works for us. We like the routine of it. Every morning we open the shutters, make some tea, and get to work on the orders for the day.
