We are based in B-001 of the Palace View Society in Kalyani Nagar. It’s a nice area of Pune, and the society is usually pretty quiet compared to the main roads. We have our office on the ground floor, which makes it easy to get in and out without waiting for an elevator. Most of what we do involves global services, which basically means we are on the computer talking to people in different time zones like Europe or the US. It can get a bit confusing with the clocks, but we manage to stay on track. The space is filled with desks and a few potted plants that someone tries to keep alive near the window. We don't have any big corporate signs outside, just the flat number on the door. It’s an honest way to work, tucked away in a residential society. Sometimes the neighbors come by to ask what we are actually doing in here, and we just tell them we handle data and tech stuff. It’s not very exciting to watch, but it keeps us busy. We have a small kitchen area where we make tea and eat our tiffin boxes together. On Fridays, we might stay a little later to finish up the weekly reports so we don't have to think about them over the weekend. There’s no big hierarchy here; we just all do our part. It’s a decent place to be, and Kalyani Nagar is a good spot for snacks when we finish.
