Being on the ground floor makes it much easier for the delivery drivers to get in and out quickly with their bikes. Our office is a constant hub of activity. There are always stacks of parcels waiting to be sorted and the sound of packing tape is something you hear all day long. It is a bit of a messy place, to be honest. We have boxes of all sizes piled up and stickers everywhere. It isn't a fancy showroom. It is a working courier hub. We have a small counter where people can drop off their letters or packages. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded when three or four people come in at the same time, but we try to keep the line moving. Sasoon Road is always busy, so there is a lot of traffic noise coming in through the door. We have a small staff and we all do a bit of everything, from answering the phone to helping load the bags. We don't have a big corporate structure or expensive uniforms. We just focus on getting the deliveries sorted and sent off to the right places.
