We operate Finepac Structures Pvt. Ltd. out of a flat in Pune. We are located at Flat No. 4 in the Sadguru Appt. building. It’s really easy to find because it’s right near the Municiple Hospital in Akurdi. Being in a flat instead of a big office block makes things feel a bit more personal. We’ve been in Akurdi for a good while now. The hospital is the main landmark people use when they’re coming to see us. The street can get a bit crowded with people going to the hospital, but we’ve gotten used to the noise. Inside the office, it’s mostly just desks and files related to our structure work. We don't have a big fancy sign outside, just the name on the door. Our team is small and we’ve all known each other for a long time. We start our day with a quick talk about what needs to be done. It’s a very hands-on environment. Working in Akurdi is convenient because it’s well-connected to the rest of Pune. We don’t go for any of that corporate style. We just focus on the drawings and the structures we’re working on. Sometimes we stay late when a project is due, but mostly we keep regular hours. It’s a simple, honest way to run a business. If you’re in the neighborhood near the Municiple Hospital, you’ve probably walked past our building a dozen times or more.
