Fin Handling & Automation

Our workshop, Fin Handling & Automation, is tucked away at Gat No. 804, right near the Pune Bangalore Highway. We are pretty close to the toll naka at Khed Shivapur, so there is always a constant hum of traffic passing by. It is a bit of a trek for some, but being out here gives us more space than we would get in the city center. We spend our days working on different kinds of handling systems and automation setups. It can get pretty loud when the heavy stuff is being moved around. The air is often a bit dusty because of the highway, but we just get used to it. We have a small office space, but most of the time is spent out where the actual builds are happening. We are not a corporate bunch; we wear our work clothes and do not mind getting our hands dirty. Sometimes we have to wait a while for parts to arrive because of the location, but we make it work. Most of the guys here have been working with machines for a long time. We drink our tea outside and watch the trucks go by when we need a breather. It is a straightforward life. We focus on the projects at hand and try to stay on top of the schedule. There is no big mystery to what we do. We just build things that help move other things, and we do it right here on the side of the highway.
