Filtronics Components is located at T-170 in the Bhosari Industrial Estate. It’s a typical industrial area, so there’s always trucks moving around and the sound of machinery from the neighbors. Our building is nothing special to look at, just a functional space where we handle different types of components. We spend a lot of time checking inventory and making sure everything is where it should be. The workbench is usually covered in small parts and manuals. We’ve been here in Bhosari for quite a while now. It's a good spot because all the other factories are nearby. Sometimes the power cuts out for a bit, but we just wait it out and get back to it. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of employees. It's just a handful of us making sure the components get where they need to go. We keep a regular schedule, starting early in the morning before the heat gets too bad in the shed. The desks are a bit old, and the fans squeak sometimes, but it’s home to us. We don't bother with fancy slogans. We just do the work we know. Most of our day is spent on the phone or working with our hands. It's practical work for practical people. We like the routine of the industrial estate and the people we see every day when we walk to lunch or head home in the evening.
