We are located in the Radhe Building on the third floor, right on Rbm Road. That’s where Faurecia Interior Systems India Pvt. Ltd. operates from. It’s a busy road, so finding parking can be a bit of a headache sometimes, but we’ve gotten used to the morning scramble. Up on the third floor, we have our desks and all our planning materials spread out. We work on interior systems for cars, so there’s always a lot of sketches, fabric swatches, and plastic samples lying around the office. It’s not a huge space, but it works for what we need to do. We aren’t out on a factory floor here; it’s more of the administrative and design side of things. The elevator in the building is a bit slow and makes a funny noise, so some of us just take the stairs to save time. We have a small team here, and we’ve been working together for quite a while now. We don't go in for fancy mission statements or any of that marketing fluff. We just try to get the designs right and make sure the paperwork is in order for the production guys. Rbm Road has a lot of places to grab lunch, which is a big plus for us. Most days are just spent at the computers or in small meetings around the main table. It’s a regular office job, really. We keep it simple and try to stay organized despite all the car seat samples taking up space.
