Our factory is located out on Gat No 412, right on the Kirkitwadi-Nandoshi Road. This is a mainly industrial area, so there is always the sound of trucks moving around and a constant hum from the machines in the background. We work with plastics here, mostly making different parts and containers that other businesses need for their own products. The floor is usually covered in some plastic scraps or a bit of dust, but we make sure to sweep everything up at the end of every shift. It gets quite hot in the summer months, especially when you are working near the molding machines, but it is just something we have all gotten used to over the years. The road outside is not always in the best shape, so getting our raw materials delivered can be a bit slow on rainy days. We have a crew that has been with us for a good long while now. We mostly just focus on getting the production numbers right and checking that the quality is decent before anything gets loaded onto a truck. It is hard work, and your hands are going to get a bit dirty. We do not have a big fancy office, just a small desk in the corner where we handle the paperwork and take phone calls. Most of our work comes from people who have been buying from us for a long time. It is a simple operation where we show up, work the shift, and head home.
