Fabs Pvt. Ltd. is based over in Pimpri, Pune, specifically in the Ajmera Colony area. We are located in Building E of Sukhawani Lawns, in Flat No. 6. It’s a residential neighborhood, so it feels very different from the big industrial zones nearby, even though Pimpri is known for all that heavy manufacturing. Having the office in a flat makes things feel more relaxed and less like a cold corporate environment. We have a small kitchen where we make tea, and the balcony gives us a bit of fresh air when we’ve been staring at the walls too long. The Ajmera Colony area is quite nice, with plenty of trees and regular people going about their lives. Sometimes it’s a bit tricky for delivery drivers to find the right building since there are a few blocks here, but we usually just tell them to look for the main gate of Sukhawani Lawns. Our team is small, and we mostly just focus on our computers and the phone calls that come in throughout the day. Pune weather is usually decent, which helps. We don’t have a big reception desk or a lot of staff in uniforms. It’s just us in our regular clothes, working through our tasks and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. It’s a practical setup for the kind of work we do, and being in Pimpri keeps us close to a lot of other businesses we deal with.
