Faber Heatkraft Industries Ltd

We are based out of Flat 12 in Shreeram Apartments. It’s over in Dhanurkar Colony, specifically Lane 5 in Kothrud, Pune. The office isn't anything fancy, just a regular residential building where we have set up our workspace. Most days start with the sound of the neighborhood waking up. We deal with heatkraft stuff here at Faber Heatkraft Industries Ltd. People usually find us by looking for the apartment sign because the lane can get a bit confusing for delivery drivers. It’s quiet for the most part, except when the afternoon school buses pass by. We’ve been in this Pune location for a while now. The space is a bit cramped with all the paperwork and files piling up on the desks, but it works for us. We don't have a big corporate lobby or anything like that. You just walk up the stairs and knock. Sometimes the doorbell doesn't work right, so you have to tap on the wood. We spend most of our time coordinating things from here. It gets quite warm in the summers, so the fans are always on full blast. Pune has changed a lot, but this part of Kothrud still feels like the old days. We just keep our heads down and handle the daily tasks as they come. There’s a small tea stall around the corner where we usually go for breaks. It’s just us doing our thing in this corner of Maharashtra.
