F5 Fitnes Club

F5 Fitnes Club is on the first floor of Prime Landmark which is on NIBM Road. It’s a busy stretch of road in Salunkhe Vihar. We are right across from Bliss Cafe so we see people coming and going for their coffee all day. The first floor is nice because you don’t have too many stairs to climb but you are still away from the dust of the street. Inside we have the usual setup with the machines and the weights. The floor is covered in that black rubber padding that helps with the noise when people drop things. It’s not a quiet place because there is always something going on. We have some fans that we keep on high because it gets stuffy in the afternoons. The view from the window is just the traffic and the shops on NIBM Road. We’ve been here for a bit and have seen businesses around us change. Prime Landmark is a solid building and easy for people to find. We usually have a few people waiting for the machines during the peak hours in the morning. It’s just a normal neighborhood gym where folks from Salunkhe Vihar come to stay active. We don’t go for anything too stylish or modern. It’s mostly about having the right gear and enough space for everyone to move around. We spend our evenings checking the equipment and making sure everything is in place.
