You can find Eye Optics right on Kharadi Road, practically next door to Dewale Photo Studio. We’re over in Viman Nagar, which stays busy with all the cars going toward the Pune Mumbai Road. The shop isn't huge, but it's got what we need to help people see a bit better. We spend most of our time looking at frames and helping folks try them on. Sometimes the kids come in and it gets a bit chaotic, but usually, it's just quiet work. We’ve got the testing equipment in the back room where it's a bit darker. The lights on the main road can be a bit much at night, but we've got good blinds. It's a handy spot for people living around here because they don't have to go all the way into the city center. We keep a pot of tea going in the afternoons. It’s just a local shop, really. Nothing like those big mall stores that feel like hospitals. We know most of the people who walk in by their first names or at least we recognize their faces from the neighborhood. It's been a few years now at Sr No 47-3. The sidewalk outside gets a bit dusty with the construction nearby, so we're always wiping down the glass. That's just how it is around here. We just try to keep the lenses clear and the frames straight for whoever walks in.
