We’re located in Pune, specifically in the Karvenagar area. Our office is set up at Plot Number 14 in the Manisha Society, right near the Alankar Police Chowky. It’s a residential neighborhood, so it’s pretty calm compared to the city center. We operate out of a space cared for by Vijay Joshi. Being a property company, we spend a lot of time talking to folks about houses and plots in and around Pune. It’s not a huge corporate building; it feels more like a home-based office where we can actually sit and talk. We have some files, a few computers, and a lot of local knowledge about the colonies around here. People stop by to ask about land or if we know anyone selling a flat. Since we’re near the police chowky, it’s easy for people to give directions to our place. The pace of work depends on the day. Some weeks we are out on the road constantly, and other times we’re just sitting here catching up on emails. It’s a small operation, and we like it that way because we can keep track of everything ourselves. We don't use any fancy marketing tricks or high-pressure sales stuff. We just tell people what’s available and what the situation is with the documents. It’s a bit of a trek for some people to get out here, but it’s a nice part of town once you finally arrive and find the plot.
