We’ve been over here at Kasarwadi Sagar Corner for a while now. It's just a small office where we try to help people find jobs and help companies find some decent workers to fill their empty spots. It’s not anything fancy. Most days, we’re just sitting at the desks going through files and making calls to see who might be a good fit for what. It gets busy, especially when a few different places all need people at the same time. We know the area around 41592 pretty well since we've been planted here. If someone walks in looking for work, we try to sit down and see what they can actually do instead of just looking at a piece of paper. The traffic around the corner can get a bit loud during the day, but we're used to it by now. It’s mostly just us trying to keep things moving. Sometimes the phone doesn't stop ringing and other days it’s quiet enough to actually get through the paperwork. We don't have some big corporate manual or anything. We just talk to folks and try to make sense of what they need. It’s practical work. We’ve seen a lot of different people come through these doors over the years. Some are just starting out and others have been working longer than I have. We just do what we can from this spot in Kasarwadi. It's a living, and it feels good when someone actually gets the job they wanted.
