We are located right on the Mumbai Pune Road, inside Office No 3. It's a busy spot because of all the cars and trucks constantly going past, but being on the main road makes it easy for people to find Excellence Shelters Pvt Ltd. We’ve been here for a while now, and the office has definitely seen a lot of use. It’s not a polished showroom or anything like that. Instead, it’s a place where we actually do the work. There are stacks of files on the desks and a whiteboard that usually has more scribbles than actual plans on it. We spend our time looking at land and talking about building projects. It's mostly us trying to coordinate between different people to make sure things move forward. We have a small kitchen area in the back where the kettle is always on. Most of us have worked together for a long time, so we don't need a lot of rules to get things done. We just show up and start on whatever is most urgent that day. Sometimes that means being out on a site in the sun for hours, and other times it means sitting here in the AC dealing with government paperwork. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we do. We try to be honest about how long things take and what they will cost. Being on the Mumbai Pune Road means we see a lot of people coming and going.
