Our business, Eurocoustics, is located in the Lohegaon area of Pune. We are right by Kamlesh Provision Store in Sant Nagar. The address is Sr No-72, and you’ll usually see Gautam Kumar’s name on the paperwork. We deal with acoustics, which means we help people with things like ceiling tiles and wall panels to help with sound. It is a bit of a niche thing, but we’ve been at it for a while. The shop isn't a high-end office. It’s more of a place where we store materials and meet with contractors. The street outside is always buzzing with people and traffic, which is typical for Pune. We don't have a marketing department. We just explain things to customers in a way that makes sense. If someone needs to quiet down a room, we show them what materials we have. It’s a lot of manual work, checking orders and making sure the right stuff gets sent out. We don't have any polished speeches or mission statements. We just work hard and try to get the orders right. Sometimes the shop is a mess with samples everywhere, but we manage. We’re just local people doing our job in a busy part of the city. We don't try to be anything we aren't and we hope that's enough for the folks who need our help.
