If you are looking for Euro Ceramics Ltd in Pune, we are tucked away in the Indraprasth Residency. It’s Flat C3, care of Kaduskar, in the Vadgaon area. We are right off Sun City Road and not too far from Sinhagad Road. It’s a residential-feeling area, which makes for a relatively quiet workspace compared to the city center. We’ve turned this flat into the place where we do our work. It’s got a kitchen where we make our tea and a couple of rooms where we keep our computers and files. It’s not a corporate office by any stretch of the imagination. There are clothes drying on balconies nearby and you can hear the sounds of the neighborhood. We spend our hours here tracking ceramic orders and talking to people in the industry. The commute can be a bit of a pain with the Pune traffic, but once we are here, it’s a good environment for working. We don't have a lot of visitors, so the place stays mostly organized for our own needs. Sometimes we have to move boxes around to find what we need, but we know the layout well. It’s a practical setup for a small team. We don't use big words or try to act like we are bigger than we are. We just show up, do the work, and try to keep everything running as best as we can. It’s a simple setup that works for us.
