E.T.S.Pvt.Ltd.

Being in Pune means dealing with the traffic and the changing weather. E.T.S.Pvt.Ltd. has been here for a while. We don't have a long complicated address to give people, just the city itself. Pune is where we do everything. The office is usually full of papers and someone is always on the phone. We aren't in one of those huge glass buildings that you see in the IT parks. It’s more of a regular setup where we can actually get some work done without too much fuss. In the mornings, the chai wallah comes by and that's when we start our day. The city is growing fast, but we just stay in our corner and do what we have to do. We have some desks, some old computers, and a lot of files. Sometimes the rain gets really heavy and it slows things down, but that is just part of living in this part of India. We don’t spend much time on fancy meetings or making things look pretty for guests. It is mostly about getting the daily tasks out of the way. Pune has a lot of energy, and we feel that too, even if we are just a small private limited company. We’ve seen the streets change over the years. Even with all the new shops, we are still here doing the same thing every day. We like the local food around here and usually order something from the small eatery nearby for lunch. It’s just normal life.
